Abstracts are currently under review and notifications will be sent to the submitters in late-August. If you have any queries, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are accepted as a poster presenter your poster will be printed by the Meeting. Delegates cannot bring their own posters and this will be strictly enforced.
The presenting author must register for the Meeting to have the poster printed and included in the meeting app.
Delegates must submit their poster via the online portal (link provided on acceptance email) by Monday 23 September in order to meet the printing deadline. Posters must include the poster number advised on acceptance in the top left corner of the poster. Delegates cannot bring their own posters and this will be strictly enforced.
Failure to provide your poster to the above criteria can result in the withdrawal of your poster / abstract from the program.
